Indian Premier League: Shah Rukh Khan reacts as young players in Kolkata Knight Riders’ win
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 37 runs to register their second win in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. With this win, KKR moved up to second place in the points table. Kolkata-based franchise co-owner Shah Rukh Khan was seen cheering the team from the stands at the Dubai International Stadium on Wednesday. After KKR’s win, batting legend Sachin Tendulkar praised Shubman Gill, Eoin Morgan and Andre Russell and made a special mention of his young fast bowler Kamlesh Nagerkoti. Shah Rukh Khan, while replying to Tendulkar’s tweet, also expressed happiness at seeing the glow of his team’s youth.
“Now I’ll say anything about @KKiders and the boys. Nothing will happen. That great guy has spoken. Very happy to see everyone on the team that he is leading the youth and counting. Love you boys a little love, ”tweeted Shah Rukh Khan.
