We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the production of drug products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and cleaning in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Monitor critical process parameters and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production timelines are met.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in drug product manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
